2017 is absolutely an important year for Nintendo, after the releasing of Nintendo Switch, its share price increased by 95% at the end of 2017, which created the highest value of Nintendo in the past nine tears. In chapter 11, it talks about the groundswell inside the company, which means that your employees are also your groundswell. Employees play an important part in the success of your company, the quality of their work has a direct impact on your success. The bigger the company is, the more of problem internal communication becomes. The Olympic Game as the most important competition in the world generates lots of attention, and many people talk about it in social media.
